POLICY A:

Policy A applies to all products and services offered by Zion Solace Private Limited, including construction, solar panel manufacturing, industrial fan sales, and windmill sales.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order prior to its fulfillment, we will issue a full refund.

Withdrawals:

If you find that our product does not meet your expectations and wish to withdraw within the initial phase of its utilization, we will proceed with a 100% refund, no questions asked. However, once the product has been utilized beyond the initial phase, refunds will not be provided.

No Transfer of Ownership:

Transfers of ownership or service provision from one party to another are not permitted.

Batch Transfers:

You may request to change your order details or specifications before fulfillment at no additional charge.

POLICY B:

Policy B applies to all self-paced programs and extended service contracts offered by Zion Solace Private Limited.

Cancellations and Extensions:

If you wish to extend access to a self-paced program or service contract, please contact us at narendrawaghea777@gmail.com. We will be happy to extend the program for a maximum period of one month, subject to additional charges.

Additional Notes:

All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted via email to narendrawaghela777@gmail.com.

Refunds will not be issued if the product has been utilized or accessed.

Refunds will be credited back to your account within 3-4 business days of the refund request.

No refunds or credits will be provided for non-utilization of services or products.

Zion Solace Private Limited reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time without prior notice. However, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

Failure to notify us of cancellation or rescheduling may result in forfeiture of refund or rescheduling options.

Cancellations or rescheduling by Zion Solace Private Limited:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service or product delivery at any time due to factors such as insufficient resources, unavailability of materials, or unforeseen circumstances.

Zion Solace Private Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling of services or product deliveries.
